Kentucky Housing Corporation
The City of Paducah obtained funding from the Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) to help provide quality housing to homebuyers who met certain income requirements. Six new houses and three rehabilitated houses have been completed with the help of this funding. At this time, all houses have been sold. The funds were made available through the Kentucky Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME Program). The Purchase Area Development District (PADD) administerd this program locally.
